ProSeafarers make it easy for companies to see at-a-glance what is happening with your job adverts. Here's how to track your hiring analytics.
Log into ProSeafarers and click the graph icon on the left. You'll go to your Analytics page:
Here you can:
Click the buttons at the top to sort your data by 7, 30 or 90 days.
See how many active job posts you have currently on ProSeafarers.
See the total number of applicants you currently have.
See how many applicants you’ve shortlisted.
See the average number of applicants you have per job posting.
View a graph of how many applicants you’ve had over a 7, 30 or 90 day period.
Scroll down the page and you can:
View your Applicant Funnel which tells you how many applicants you have at various stages of the hiring process: Pending, Reviewed, Shortlisted and Rejected.
See the Posting Performance of jobs that you have applicants for. Click on the entry to go to that job post’s details.
Scroll further down and you can:
See a Hiring Overview that tells you how many job posts are Open, Draft, Under View, Rejected and Closed.
See a summary of Engagement that tells you the average number of applicants per post, your shortlisted rate as a percentage, and how many profiles you’ve viewed over your set time period.
